We believe that this will he a good land use <br /> concept and most appropriate for this setting. <br /> We will be seeking funding through the Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) <br /> program in April. The Low Income Housing Tax Credits are awarded through a <br /> statewide competitive process so it is critical that the project be consistent with the land <br /> use requirements at the time of the application. To this end we hope that this <br /> application can be approved by the end of March to meet that deadline. <br /> We will also be submitting a 201 H application through OHCD shortly.
