Update on consideration of a draft letter to Mayor Roth for this awareness of the current <br />time parameters facing the Commission in executing its duties. (Part 2) <br /> <br />KOSSOW: Thank you. Mr. Lopez. <br /> <br />LOPEZ: As I’m reading the bullet point, which is stated, so really all this is, is to make <br />our Mayor aware of the situation and what we’re requesting, and perhaps that we’re <br />going to petition whoever the powers that be, to grant some extension. That’s the essence <br />of this unfinished business point, is that correct? <br /> <br />MELLON-LACEY: Yes, that’s correct.
