AGENDA ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING <br /> At 10:20 a.m. Chairman Vitousek noted that the two pending items, namely, a series of <br /> presentations on topics such as infrastructure improvements and long-range planning by different <br /> entities and a report on the status of the short-term vacation rental program, were going to be <br /> scheduled for December or later, since the November meeting agenda looked full. There were <br /> no other requests from the commissioners. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> The Leeward Planning Commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, <br /> November 18, 2021 by interactive video conference via Zoom. <br /> At 10:22 a.m. Chairman Vitousek introduced this item and called upon staff to provide any <br /> updates or announcements. <br /> Ms. Jackson stated that the meeting on November 18, 2021, was anticipated to go long, with <br /> currently nine items on the agenda, six of which were related to one project. She also said that <br /> staff had been unable to provide the Special Management Area action reports for a few months <br /> because they were transitioning in creating them through the new Electronic Processing and <br /> Information Center permit system; however, she would try to get them to the Commission in <br /> November or December and on a regular basis again thereafter. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, it was moved by Commissioner Yates and seconded by <br /> Commissioner Armbruster that the meeting be adjourned. A vote was taken by show of hands, <br /> and the motion carried by unanimous vote of those present.
