Department of Parks & Recreation <br />2021 WINTER INTERSESSION <br />Program Information <br />DATE: Dec. 20 - 30, 2021 <br />SITE: Piihonua Gym <br />TIME: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. <br />WHO: Children grades 1 - 6 <br />ENROLLMENT: 30 Participants <br />COST: $40.00 <br />',TIVITIES: Arts & Crafts, indoor/ outdoor <br />games, and excursions. <br />Registration open until all 30 spaces are filled. To make <br />an appointment to register or for more information, please <br />call 961-8738. Please call Randell Kokubun, <br />961-8681 to discuss your need for reasonable accommodation or for more information on site <br />accessibility. <br />County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />This is a dru-a, alcohol and tobacco free event. <br />In accordance with the latest COVID-19 Emergency Rules, the fallowing will apply: <br />• All activities will have limited enrollment. <br />• Use of face masks are required at all times, except when <br />the participant is physically active. <br />• Social distancing will be implemented during each activity. <br />• Participants will be screened prior to each activity, including <br />temperature checks and questionnaire. Any inconsistencies <br />found will prohibit individual from participating in activities. <br />• Hand washing is required priorto the start of each activity. <br />Hand sanitizer will be used when hand washing is <br />L unavailable. <br />• Participants must bring their own water bottle. Consumption <br />of food is not allowed during activities, except during special <br />programming. <br />• Staff will sanitize all supplies & equipment prior to and <br />following each class. <br />• Stay home if you are exhibiting any symptoms outlined by <br />CDC guidelines.
