Mayor's COVID-19 First Amended Emergency Rule No. 19 <br />Page 13 of 14 <br />EXHIBIT 4 <br />Businesses, Operations and Activities to Remain Closed <br />Businesses, operations and activities identified below shall remain closed, unless <br />permission has been granted pursuant to Exhibit 5: <br />1. Nightclubs <br />2. Large indoor venues <br />3. Large outdoor venues <br />4. Road races (marathons, triathlons, etc.) <br />Note, however, travel to engage in minimum basic operations of the businesses <br />and operations identified above is allowed, including the minimum necessary activities <br />to maintain the value of the business's inventory, ensure security, process payroll and <br />employee benefits, and related functions as well as the minimum necessary ,activities to <br />facilitate employees of the business being able to continue to work remotely from their <br />residences.
