The <br /> project area is shown on Exhibit 1 and is known as lest Hawaii Business Park <br /> (WH'BP). <br /> "a HBP LLC through its Managing Member, Laniihau Properties LLC, is requesting an <br /> amendment to Condition J of Ordinance 18-115 and new conditions "C" and "P" and the <br /> renumbering of the remaining conditions. More specifically, LP is regluesting that <br /> Condition J be amended as follows:. <br /> J. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy of ;any structure within the <br /> project area, except as provided in Condition K, L, [and] M, N, and O below, <br /> Kamanu Street Extension shall be constructed and available for use across the <br /> entire project area.
