Vice Chair Gaffney asked if the meetings are typically held on the fourth Wednesday or the last <br />Wednesday. <br /> <br />Chair Adams said it’s typically on the fourth Wednesday, but we can change it. Part of it is <br />having a steady day you put on your calendar. So if somebody has a suggestion, think about it. <br />The idea is not to overlap with the Council or Committee meeting day. They shift their dates <br />around sometimes. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Gaffney said we have had good engagement from the Council members, so it’s <br />important to try to avoid those conflicts as much as possible. <br />10. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion, second, and vote: Vice Chair Gaffneymade a motion to adjourn, to which <br />Commissioner Olson seconded, and the motion was adopted.
