Cabanas, concerning whether she may have a conflict of interest on any future appeals filed against the Acting Director of Human Resources before the Merit Appeals Board. B) Discussion regarding an opinion from Hawaii County Board of Ethics received by Merit Appeals Board Member Gabriella M. Cabanas, concerning whether she may have a conflict of interest by participating in the selection/recruitment process for filling the position of the new Director of Human Resources. C) Selection Process for Filling the Position of New Director of Human Resources Assessment and review of selection process for filling the position, timeline, advertisements, and interview and selection process.
