Update on the County GMAC letter requesting the County Planning Department <br />to pursue the development of the Kaupakuea public access into the Hilo Forest <br />Reserve. <br /> <br /> <br />6. NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />a. Recognition of Stanley Mendes, for his faithful and excellent service as a GMAC <br />commissioner and vice-chair. <br /> <br />b. Elections – GMAC Chair and Vice-Chair. <br /> <br />c. GMAC meeting schedule for 2022 year. <br /> <br />d. Meeting ideas to place on agenda for 2022 year. <br /> <br />e. October 19, 2022, “Out Doors Day” planning. <br /> <br />f. Vote on shooting range development legislative bill. <br /> <br />7. ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br /> <br />a. ADJOURNMENT: (8:00 pm) <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may <br />convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the <br />agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting <br />with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s <br />powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
