8-25. Drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking, use of drugs, or use of firearms is <br />prohibited. <br />9-1. All self -hauled acceptable household materials deposited into a transfer station <br />cunt aIiner or area shall be accepted by, the County for disposal on any day the transfer staitioln is <br />open. <br />9-2. Prohibited materials ain,d special handling materials shall not be dropped off at <br />I <br />transfe:r station, including solici waste generated by a bus,iness, government agency, religiou <br />entity or nonprofit organization. Prohibited materials and special handling materials may b <br />accepted upon approval of the director. I <br />9-3. The director may authorize the disposal of' non -self -hauled solid wai,ste at the <br />-household solid waste disposal. <br />transfer station anid may also authorize non <br />9-4. The SWD personnel may search and/or recover lost items from the transfer stat�ion <br />at t�hIe discreti�on of the SWD and the customer shall be c�hIarged a fee for said servicei., <br />9-5. Any unauthorized person enteri,ng into the transfer station during nonworking; <br />hours or for, piurposies other tha�n that permitted in this section shall be considered to be a <br />trespasser, and shall be su�bject to criminal enforcement under chapter 20, HCC. <br />9-6. All customers enter the facility at their own risk. <br />9-7. All m,ateirials shall be deposited directly into the designated container or, solid <br />9-8., Depositing materials outside of a designated area shall be considered littering and <br />shall be punishable pursuant to chapter 14, HCC- <br />9-9. Customers are expected to utilize the appropriate designated cont�aiiner or area at a <br />transfer station that offers sanitary landfill diversion collection. <br />9-10.
