SIRACUSA: As Director Yuen was beginning to respond, I also thought about if we close off the Kekela Street entry onto the parcel, then that might create a problem for the Fire Department should there be a fire in the complex. There would be people trying to drive out from one entrance and therefore make it harder for the fire engines to get in because there would not be a secondary access onto the property.
