Do you have any questions for Ms. Mellon- <br /> Lacey? <br /> BATH: No questions,just thank you for clarifying that we would need to go through that <br /> process as a Commission. <br /> KOSSOW: Any other questions or comments? (No response.) Okay. I would like to get a <br /> motion and second to close the file on Communication 23. Can I get a motion? <br /> Mr. Yoshina moved to close the file on <br /> Communication 23.
