As we have leased the outdoor area in front of <br /> Unit#1104 to SPINNERS DAIQUIRI BAR & LOUNGE, their permitted use shall require <br /> improvements to be made in said outdoor area as defined by their lease to comply with City & <br /> County of Hawaii codes. <br /> To design, facilitate, and oversee these improvements, Kona Square Associates approves <br /> retaining William McCowatt as their AGENT for the following: <br /> 1. Plan Approval, Design Approval & Shoreline Management Area As- <br /> sessment application. <br /> 2. Building Permit Application. <br /> 3.
