Board Packet — <br /> Public Inspection/Distribution <br /> •Available in board's office <br /> •Notify mailing list that it's there <br /> •Prompt access upon request <br /> •Accommodate electronic requests "as <br /> soon as practicable" <br /> •Not required to mail via postal mail <br /> A public version of the board packet must be made available for public inspection in the <br /> board's office, and persons requesting notification of the board's meeting notices must <br /> be notified that it is available there at the same time the packet is distributed to board <br /> members. The board packet itself need not be automatically emailed to people on the <br /> board's notification list, but the board must provide "reasonably prompt access" upon <br /> request and it must accommodate email or other requests for an electronic copy "as <br /> soon as practicable."
