Commissioner Graham. <br />GRAHAM:Norman, when you lay out the project for how it was anticipated to be <br />built over there, it's clear, but our rezoning application is for a project district, so I'm just <br />wondering what flexibility the developer has in the future to change around those uses and <br />locations and what the public input process would be if that were to occur, that kind of thing. <br />HAYASHI:Okay. As far as that, the Applicant, as one of the conditions of <br />approval, and that is Condition H, would provide -, would have to provide a master plan, a <br />detailed master plan of the project district to the Department for review and approval prior to <br />proceeding. So once that is done, then that fixes the project location. <br />GRAHAM:Right. <br />HAYASHI:Or the various uses on the project. <br />GRAHAM:But there's no further public input at that time, right? <br />HAYASHI:Well, this is -, these would basically be administrative reviews and <br />approval. <br />GRAHAM:Yes. <br />FUJIKAWA:Is there any other question, Commissioners?
