<br />MS. CHANG directed the members to Comm. 21-109, discussed the scope of work, the use <br />of possible survey of past applicants who had received funding, requested documentations <br />from the County to assist with the groups reviews, and requested County support staff for <br />the commission to assist in communicating with Parks and Recreation staff. <br /> <br />MOTION: MS. CHANG moved to proceed with the scope of work as read and discussed. The <br />motion was seconded by MS. NAUNGAYAN. There being no further discussion, V. CHR. MS. <br />KELEPOLO called for a vote. All members voted; motion passed. <br /> <br />3. Elections of New Officers for 2022 year <br />V. CHR. MS. KELEPOLO opens the floor for nominations. MS. CAMPBELL made a brief clarifi- <br />cation: a chairperson cannot serve two years in a row. <br />MOTION: MS. WARD moved to nominate MS. KELEPOLO for Chairperson. The nomination <br />was seconded by MR. LEE. There being no other nomination, MS. KELEPOLO accepts the <br />nomination. There being no further discussion, V. CHR. MS. KELEPOLO called for a vote. All <br />members voted; motion passed. <br />MOTION: MR. WARSHAUER moved to nominate MS. CHANG for Vice Chair. The nomination <br />was seconded by MS. NAUNGAYAN, there being no other nomination and no discussion, <br />MS. CHANG accepted. V. CHR. MS. KELEPOLO called for a vote. All members voted; motion <br />passed. <br />4. 2022 Calendar <br />A brief discussion was held regarding the calendar deadlines, holding public meetings, and <br />venues. MS. CHANG suggested a special meeting for February 14, 2022, maybe needed to <br />discuss both PInG Reports, since March is a long meeting. <br /> <br />VII. ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />1. The next virtual regular meeting is scheduled for January 10, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 <br />p.m. or sooner. <br />2. Commission suggested that the following to be on the agenda: <br />a.
