Before I was interrupted, also, as part of <br />the, the Applicant has requested a Special Permit for use of the golf course clubhouse for <br />other activities and that would, to have some evening banquet as well as to construct a <br />swimming pool and other kinds of recreational facilities on a 7-acre portion of the <br />property, which is situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District. <br />Since that time, and there were several conditions imposed as part of this, the Use Permit <br />application as well as the Special Permit application. The Applicant had received <br />numerous, a number of time extensions to comply with the conditi <br />Permit as well as the Special Permit. The Applicant is now requesting that the <br />Commission grant another time extension for the Special Permit and the Use Permit <br />application; and that would be Condition 2 of Use Permit No. 106 and Condition 3 of the <br />Special Permit. <br />The Applicant is also requesting that certain other conditions be amended or deleted for <br />Use Permit 106.
