(Planning Dept.) <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-3 (NORTH KONA ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING) OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 <br /> EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br /> AGRICULTURAL— 1 ACRE (A-Ia) TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL— 15,000 <br /> SQUARE FEET (RS-15) AT OOMA 1ST, NORTH KONA, HAWAI`I, COVERED BY TAX <br /> MAP KEY: 7-3-017:024 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br /> property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Ooma 1st, North Kona, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Single-Family Residential— 15,000 square feet(RS-15): <br /> Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of this parcel of land, being also the <br /> Northwesterly corner of Lot 2 and being a point on the Easterly side of Hawaii Belt <br /> Road(F.A.P. No. F-10 (5)), the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "MOANUTAHEA" being 9,739.71 feet South <br /> and 8,308.45 feet West and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> 1. 1670 13' 58.23 feet along the Easterly side of Hawaii Belt <br /> Road(F.A.P. No. F-10 (5))to a point; <br /> 2. 1900 06' 30" 64.04 feet along the Easterly side of Hawaii Belt <br /> Road(F.A.P.
