April 6, 1992: Finalized date of OHD-92-000058, `Ohana Dwelling Permit. <br /> STATE AND COUNTY PLANS <br /> 7. State Land Use Designation: Agricultural. <br /> 8. County Zoning: Agricultural 1-Acre (A-la). <br /> 9. General Plan LUPAG Map: The subject property is designated as Low Density Urban. <br /> Low Density Urban allows for residential uses, with ancillary community and public <br /> uses. It also allows for neighborhood and convenience-type commercial uses. The overall <br /> residential density may be up to six (6)units per acre. <br /> 10. Kona Community Development Plan (KCDP): The subject property is in the KCDP <br /> district and lies within the region defined as the Kona Urban area. The KCDP encourages <br /> growth and infill within the Kona Urban Area. <br /> 11. Special Management Area (SMA): The property is located over four(4) miles from the <br /> nearest shoreline and is not situated within the Special Management Area. <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING AREA <br /> 12. Subject Property: The subject, .992-acre property is irregular in shape, and gradually <br /> slopes from east to west with an approximately 12% slope.
