GALDONES:Commissioners, we are on subject matter, on the agenda New Business No. 3, which is an applicant, the Applicant being Keith K. Yamakawa, DDS (REZ 02-023). This is an application for a Change of Zone by changing the district classification from Single Family Residential (RS-10) to General Commercial (CG-10) for approximately 10,110 square feet of land.
