GALDONES:I would like to make a motion that this contested case hearing be set upfor <br />another date and that the Department hire a Hearings Officer to have it heard. <br />ALAMEDA:Is there a second to that? <br />MCCALL:Second. <br />ALAMEDA:There were several seconds.
