The objective <br />was to determine if the Department of Human Resources (DHR) implemented the 2017 <br />hiring practices audit recommendations. <br /> <br />In this follow-up audit we tested and found five recommendations were completed and <br />three were resolved. <br /> <br /> Status of Recommendations <br /> Completed Resolved <br /> 5 3 <br /> Sufficient and appropriate evidence Department implemented an <br /> was available to support all aspects alternative solution that fully <br /> of the recommendation. addresses the audit finding or risks. <br /> <br />In response to a draft of this follow-up report, the Acting Director of Human Resources <br />expressed general agreement with our audit results.
