UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Petition No. 2021-13: Review draft Informal Advisory Opinion of a Petition from <br />the Chair of the Merit Appeals Board seeking guidance on potential conflicts with <br />the Acting Director of Human Resources. <br />b. Petition 2021-14: Review draft Informal Advisory Opinion of a Petition requesting an <br />Informal Advisory Opinion of a petition alleging that the Director of Parks and <br />Recreation is derelict in his duties, failing to provide leadership with integrity and <br />obstructing justice. <br />c.
