Herbert expressed gratitude for the flow chart and thought timeline may be <br />tight. Comm. Kusch expressed keeping the timeline tight allowed for responsible <br />deadlines and made space for scheduling conflicts with department heads. <br />Discussion on Process Approach <br />Discussion of formats, budget, consultants, press releases, and websites. <br />Comm. Matson inquired as to action of the commission beyond the term ending <br />date with a continued working group and suggested breaking into shifts to attend <br />the 3 -day budget intensives in April.
