Properties to the north are zoned <br /> Agricultural (A-400a) and used for cattle grazing. <br /> 15. ALISH: The subject property is "Unclassified" on the State Agricultural Lands of <br /> Importance Map. <br /> 16. Land Study Bureau's Detailed Land Classification System: The subject property is <br /> unclassified on the Land Study Bureau (LSB) map. <br /> 17. U.S.D.A. Soil Survey: The soils on the subject property are classified as palapalai <br /> hydrous silt loam with 12 to 20 percent slopes. This soil is considered well drained with a <br /> medium runoff class. <br /> 18. Vegetation found on the parcel consists of mainly introduced, <br /> ornamental landscaping plants (Monterey Cyprus, Agave, Japanese Maple, Bromeliads, <br /> Bamboo, `Ghia, etc.) and fauna found in the area include common introduced bird <br /> species, domestic animals,rats,pigs, and mongoose. <br /> 20. Archaeological/Historic/Cultural Resources: As the subject property has been <br /> developed with a residential use since 1963, no professional archaeological and/or <br /> cultural study was conducted of the property.
