Requires each county to incorporate into its <br />next integrated solid waste management <br />plan revision a plan to all organic waste <br />produced within the county by facilities <br />generating more than a certain amount of <br />Counties; Organic Waste organic waste per year. Appropriates funds <br />Diversion; Integrated Solid to reimburse the counties for incorporation <br />Waste Management Plan; of the new requirement into their plan <br />HB1526 RELATING TO <br />HD1AppropriationORGANIC WASTE.revisions. Effective 7/1/2100. (HD1) <br />Changes the Electronic Waste and Television <br />Recycling and Recovery Act to the Electronic <br />Device Recycling and Recovery Act. <br />Establishes electronic device manufacturer <br />recycling goals and record keeping and <br />reporting requirements for manufacturers <br />and collectors. Requires collectors to register <br />with the department of health. Expands the <br />recycling and collection requirements of <br />televisions to all electronic devices. Requires <br />the electronic device recycling and recovery <br />program to include, among other things, a <br />Electronic Devices; description of the methods for the <br />HB1640 Manufacturers; Televisions; RELATING TO convenient collection of electronic devices. <br />HD2Recycling and RecoveryRECYCLING.Effective January 1, 2050. (HD2) <br />Deposit Beverage Requires deposit beverage distributors that <br />Distributors; Deposit RELATING TO sell, offer for sale, or distribute deposit <br />Beverage Containers; POSTCONSUMER beverage containers in the State to meet <br />HB1642 Postconsumer Recycled RECYCLED minimum postconsumer recycled content <br />HD2Content; DOHCONTENT.requirements. (HD2) <br />Bans the manufacture, sale, or distribution <br />Food Packaging; Firefighting for sale or use of wraps and liners, plates, <br />Foam; Perfluoroalkyl and food boats, pizza boxes, and firefighting <br />Polyfluoroalkyl Substances; RELATING TO foams that contain perfluoroalkyl and <br />HB1644 Ban; Fines; Department of ENVIRONMENTAL polyfluoroalkyl substances.
