This occurred after his name and <br />address was allegedly disclosed. <br />• HPC 22-05: Complainant claims that the officer was aggressive, rude, opened his car <br />door without consent, and put his health at risk by not following COVID-19 guidelines. <br />• HPC 22-02: Complainant alleges that the officer had a bad attitude and used profane <br />language. <br />• HPC 22-20: Complainant's vehicle broke down. He states that the officer issued him <br />non -applicable citations, which had no relevance.
