Please be advised that the <br /> determined FONSI does not constitute approval of the proposal. <br /> The Draft Environment Assessment (DEA) was published in the July 23, 2021, edition of the <br /> Environmental Review Programs's(ERP) The Environmental Notice. Comments on the DEA were <br /> sought from relevant agencies as well as the public and were included in the FEA. The FEA has <br /> been prepared pursuant to Chapter 343, Hawaii Revised Statutes and Chapter 11-200.1, Hawaii <br /> Administrative Rules. Please publish notice of this FEA-FONSI in the November 23,2021, edition <br /> of The Environmental Notice.
