Farrah -Marie said she will go back to the UH student designers and
follow-up.
Shana said the videos for February and March are completed for posting to
the Facebook page. Lisa, Hannah, Kahea said they liked the videos and
Lisa said they are very educational, especially the one about the Ka Mahina
Project. Shana will be doing more throughout the year.
Shana submitted thank you letters to the Hawai'i County Council, the
Hawai'i County Mayor's Office, and several other entities involved with the
project, as well as a Public Service Announcement and February/March
names to the Council for recognition. Farrah -Marie suggested to hold the
letters until a communications subcommittee meeting can further discuss
and approve. Shana reported she had trouble with sending the letters due
to protocols, no CSW email yet, and other issues. Farrah -Marie suggested
that these issues be resolved in the subcommittee.
ACTION ITEM: Farrah -Marie will follow up with UH Hilo about the banner.
ACTION ITEM: Shana will re -submit a budget at the April meeting.
ACTION ITEM: Diana will follow-up with Allen about the CSW email
addresses.
b.
