CABANAS: Oh, okay. <br />MR. KUNZ: So, I think we might have to stretch it out into January but— <br />CHR. <br />ut <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. <br />MS. DE SOTO: I agree. I think it would be very beneficial. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Very beneficial. Okay. So—okay—so I'm not sure about the length of the <br />November 19'h meeting and the continuation of the appeal hearing. Remember, I'm recused <br />from the appeal hearing so you all have a better handle on it than me. J, what do you think. <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: I'd recommend that we allot—we do this for a subsequent meeting after <br />November just because I think we don't know how long further the November meeting's <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: —going to take with the appeal. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO. Plus, the other matters already on the agenda that were continued from <br />today. And so, I want to make sure we do a thorough process— <br />CHR. CABANAS: Right. <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: —and, basically, have enough time that we're not in a rush, right. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Right. <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: So, I'm thinking—are we scheduling a meeting for December or are we <br />taking—we are. Okay. <br />CHR. CABANAS: We have a date for December. <br />MR.
