To Design Comission Members: <br /> Both the property owner and its respective tenants, have agreed, a <br /> permanent shade structure as proposed, at their respective establishments, <br /> would satisfy their requirements of a safe, effective, permanent and <br /> aestetically pleasing solution for their outdoor seating areas while keeping <br /> with the spirit of Kailua Village Design. <br /> To that end, they ask that you approve their application for its construction. <br /> The proposed structure(s) requested in the application, are pre-fabricated <br /> of extruded aluminum structural components, and polycarbonate roof <br /> panels. The color of the aluminum extrusion matches the color of the <br /> aluminum window and door extusions on the buildings. The polycarbonate <br /> roof panels are "Dark Grey", similar to heavily tinted glass commonly found <br /> on homes, cars and businesses. <br /> The propsed supplier and installer of the structures is CARPORTS HAWAII.
