Welcome to the convening of the <br />Housing Agency, today is Tuesday, September 7, 2021, I'm calling this meeting <br />to order at 9:01 a.m. Agency members that are present in the Hilo Chambers <br />include Holeka Inaba, Sue Lee Loy, Aaron Chung, Heather Kimball, joining us <br />from Kona, Rebecca Villegas, my name is Ashley Kierkiewicz, Chair of this <br />Committee. Just a friendly reminder to everyone, we are convening this <br />meeting today, not with our council member hats on, this is the non -legislative <br />function of council members, we are meeting as Housing Agency members <br />today. Joining us also are Matt Kanealii-Kleinfelder. Thank you. Excused from <br />the meeting are Maile David and Tim Richards. Just kidding, Tim Richards is <br />joining us from Waimea. Aloha Tim, good to see you. At this time, we will be <br />moving forward with our agenda. First order of business, Statements from the <br />Public, seeing there are no testifiers, I'm closing Public Testimony at this time and <br />moving to approval of the Minutes, may I have a motion to approve the Minutes <br />from the April 6, 2021 meeting. <br />
