The western third of the <br /> subject parcel is designated as Medium Density Urban, which allows village and <br /> neighborhood commercial and single family and multiple family residential and related <br /> functions (multiple family residential -up to 35 units per acre). <br /> 9. County Zoning: Single-Family Residential-10,000 square feet(RS-10). <br /> 10. Puna Community Development Plan (PCDP): The PCDP was adopted by Ordinance <br /> No. 08-116, which became effective on August 27, 2008. The subject property is situated <br /> within the area defined as the Kea`au Regional Town Center in the PCDP. Per the PCDP <br /> typical components of a regional town center include"More than 40 tenant spaces for full <br /> range of retail and personal services..." <br /> -2- <br />
