Commissioner Wolf seconded, it carried unanimously, <br />and the minutes approved. <br />Commissioner Magsalin arrived at 9:07 a.m. <br />Commissioner Paleka motioned to amend the agenda to allow the investigation of <br />complaint to be discussed first, Commissioner Henkel seconded, all in favor and it <br />carried unanimously. <br />
