3F Archaeological Resources <br /> DLNR preservation has indicated to me that they do not issue "no effect" letters, nor do <br /> they work directly with private land owners. This application has been filed in the <br /> interest of time taking information given me by DLNR. A driveway and house pad has <br /> been created. All of the grubbing and grading done to create the residence and <br /> promote our agricultural usage of the parcel did not require a "no effect letter." For the <br /> record, we have found no evidence of archaeological inventory. Issuance of this special <br /> permit will not impact archaeological or historic preservation. <br />
