County Zoning: Agricultural-20 acres minimum lot size (A-20a1 <br /> The Agricultural (A) zoning district provides for agricultural and very low density <br /> agriculturally-based residential use, encompassing rural areas of good to marginal <br /> agricultural and grazing land, forest land, game habitats, and areas where urbanization <br /> is not found to be appropriate. See Figure 5 —Zoning. <br /> 4. General Plan Designation: Important Agricultural Lands <br /> The County of Hawai'i General Plan is the policy document for the long-range <br /> comprehensive development of the island of Hawai'i.
