KERN: All right, I move that amendments to the Use Permit No. 165, Michael D. Tuttle <br />requesting two amendments to Use Permit No. 165 which include the reduction of the permit <br />area from 34,162 square feet of land to 20,802 square feet of land and change the 5-bedroom <br />units that will be used for the existing bed and breakfast operation, the Use Permit No. 165 to <br />establish 5-bedrroom bed and breakfast operation, okay, basically TMK:1-1-05:19, I move that <br />this be, move that that be approved. <br />WOODWARD: That’s No. 8.
