And when you subdivided it, was that whole parcel you own on the other side of the <br />road, was that your whole property from the start -? <br />TUTTLE: No. <br />AU: And then you subdivided everything? <br />TUTTLE: No. What, originally when this was developed there were three lots here that <br />Hawaiian Dredging owned. There were three lots on this side. So there were a total of six lots. <br />When they put Highway 11 through they took the front two lots for Highway 11. So I’ve not <br />added any lots or increased the number of lots. I just, all I did was redraw the center line of the <br />two right-hand lots. <br />GONZALEZ: But you bought all the lots and the road lot -? <br />TUTTLE: Yes. <br />GONZALEZ: Altogether, right. And it had those pre-existing structures on it, right? <br />TUTTLE: Yes. <br />GONZALEZ: Okay.
