Mr. Yen Wen Fang, P.E. <br /> Page 2 <br /> April 5, 2022 <br /> WATER COMMITMENT DEPOSIT CREDIT (WCD): <br /> 31 additional units(@ $150.001unit, paid ane (1) time ($4.650.00 <br /> Facilities Charge Balance $184,295.00 <br /> This is due and payable upon completion of the installation of the required water system <br /> improvements and prior to final approval being granted. <br /> For your information, water commitment deposits are credited towards the final facilities <br /> requirement for the development. Note that the amount of water commitment deposit may <br /> exceed the prevailing facilities charge amount; for example, when requests for time extensions <br /> continue and are approved. Until the development is finally completed, these are separate and <br /> unrelated items. In the event that water commitment deposits exceed the facilit)es charge, no <br /> refunds are applicable. <br /> 3. Comply with all other applicable policies and requirements of the Department's Rules and <br /> Regulations. Noncompliance may be cause for voiding this water commitment, at which time <br /> mailability will be subject to change in accordance with prevailing water system conditions, <br /> policies. and Rules and Regulations. <br /> Please be informed that the existing 20-inch waterline within Kanoelehua.
