at the Kaloko Drive, Mamalahoa Highway intersection including the statement that we have <br />from the Department of Transportation, State Department of Transportation that indicates that <br />though have no objection to the proposed change in zoning they are concerned with the past <br />zoning and land use changes in the Kaloko mauka subdivision area and the resultant cumulative <br />impact on the intersection of Mamalahoa Highway and Kaloko Drive. <br />GRAHAM:Can I have a second? <br />MCCALL:Second. <br />GRAHAM:Okay seconded by Commissioner McCall. I€d actually like to add in that <br />we the commission strongly recommends that this project or intersection be put on a high <br />priority and remind the Council that there are significant funds already collected to proceed with <br />that project. If you don€t mind? <br />SPRINGER:Of course thank you for the suggestion. <br />GRAHAM:Okay then Commissioner Springer and Commissioner McCall agree with <br />the suggestions that the motion is amended in that sense?
