In addition, the applicant is requesting a similar five (5)-year time extension to Condition 4 (Time to Secure Final Subdivision Approval) of SMA Use Permit No. 07-024, which was approved to allow the development of a 65-lot, single-family residential subdivision and related improvements on the subject property. Based on the preceding and pursuant to Rule 4-3(b) — Commission Review of Proposed Projects within the County of Hawaii of the CRC Rules of Practice and Procedure, we are requesting a consultation with the CRC. To assist the CRC in their review, we are including a link to a folder containing the application for amendments, and archaeological studies and approvals (e.g., Archaeological Inventory Survey, Archaeological Data Recovery Plan, Burial Treatment Plan, and SHPD approval/acceptance letters). In addition, for context, we will include the Background and Director's Recommendation Reports that were provided to the LPC.
