This is the <br />application for REZ 03-030. <br />KUBOTA:Mr. Chairman? <br />FUJIKAWA:Go ahead, Kubota. <br />KUBOTA:I move that Change of Zone Application REZ 03-030 be given a favorable <br />recommendation and forwarded to the County Council, along with the findings and <br />recommendations submitted by the Planning Department with a chan <br />Condition E by addition, words relating to the water system, and staff has that and applicant <br />agrees to it. I think that was, oh, and by addition, as I understand it, to Condition H at the <br />beginning of the condition, ÐUpon consultation with USDA,Ñ and some other words related to <br />the consultation, and I think you have the proper words for that. <br />FUJIKAWA:Director? <br />YUEN:I think the proper agency is now called the NRCS. <br />KUBOTA:NRCS? <br />YUEN:Yes, it used to be the Soil Conservation Service; but now i <br />NRCS, Natural Resources Conservation Service. <br />KUBOTA:So amended. <br />SPRINGER:Second. <br />FUJIKAWA:It has been moved by Commissioner Kubota and seconded b <br />Commissioner Springer that Application REZ 03-030 be approved and forwarded to the County <br />Council.
