ThereÓs a certain phase thatÓs going to be involved here, and all the agencies are going to be involved with the approval of this flood control channel, and what the timing is for that. So the residents are very concerned about timing, with the Applicant at a later date. And we also have some concern about the project being turned over to the County of Hawaii after this flood channel is completed, and what the housing development proposals will be by the County of Hawaii. And we also have concern about, even though this is a stubout at Mikilana Street, using this as an access through Mikilana and to several other streets to gain access to the Kuakini Highway, which we believe would impact traffic, and congestion, and noise, and perhaps create a nuisance in the subdivision.
