<br />5.6 acres that will be rezoned from the Single Family Residential and Agricultural
<br />District into the Village Commercial-zoned district. So it doesnÓt mean the entire District
<br />of South Kona will be rezoned or anything like that. I think the district you make
<br />reference is just to the type of zoning district. So, anyway, be assured that that scope of
<br />todayÓs request is only this 5.6 acre site.

<br />Cook, Hawaii 96704. The reason IÓm here is because I have a property above and
<br />beyond Konawaena High School. I think as far as the traffic and everything else,
<br />everybody else covered pretty well already. And the thing that interested me was the
<br />Planning Director, or, somebody can help me on this. On this five-acre lot, there are
<br />driveways, buildings and whatnot. Are there any considerations for a drainage, water
<br />drainage? ThatÓs my biggest concern, a drywell or something. As we all know, water
<br />flows downhill. And a very interesting point that the Planning
<br />this, I think it was either Federal thing, but there is a lot of flood zones here on this island.
