Did you receive the Planning Department's <br />Background Report and Recommendation? <br />TSUKAZAKI:Yes, we have. <br />SPRINGER:And do you have any comments to make at this time or a <br />presentation? <br />TSUKAZAKI:What we would like to do is present a very short PowerPoint <br />presentation. It, Staff has presented a lot of the basic information involved in this <br />application. We'd like to highlight it; but also give you and the public that's attending this <br />morning some visual understanding of the property and the infrastructure in that area. We don't have <br />available right now, but yes. <br />SPRINGER:We'd appreciate that. <br />TSUKAZAKI:We can furnish that. <br />SPRINGER:If you could get that to us. <br />TSUKAZAKI:Sure. <br />SPRINGER:Thank you. <br />HARLOW:Much of the information contained in the PowerPoint prese <br />is information that has already been shared with you by Staff and is contained, of course, <br />in the application itself. <br />As indicated in your Background Report, or in the application, Hkkano Ranch was <br />originally known as Greenwell Ranch, as it was established by Henry Greenwell in <br />approximately 1874. Tom Pace and his family purchased the ranch <br />Hkkano Ranch in 1987. Today, the ranch consists of approximately <br />the project site itself is a 5.6 acre portion of one of the lots that is part of the larger ranch <br />property. <br />6 <br /> <br />
