The proposed drive-through restaurant at the corner of Henry Street and the main <br /> entrance into the Niumalu Marketplace is approximately 2,965 square feet and is planned to <br /> be a Wendy's Restaurant. The building materials consist of a metal roof,metal siding with <br /> wood design, and a main accent tower. The exterior colors are a mix of Arizona Tan and <br /> Heritage red with some accent colors. The exterior colors include a combination of gray and tan, and use of <br /> metal roofing, stucco walls with horizontal bevel siding, entry porch, and windows with vinyl <br /> trim.
