Wendy's Restaurant with a Drive-thru within the Niumalu Marketplace Development. The Wendy's will be located at the corner of Henry Street and the main entrance into the Niamalu Marketplace. Physical Characteristics: This Wendy's has been designed to emulate the building characteristics of the Niumalu Marketplace. The use of a standing seam metal roof with a few tower elements to break-up the roof. Glass store front to help open the dining room area and color scheme which matches Niumalu Marketplace. The building materials consist of metal — Alucobond for the tower elements, store front glazing and Knotwood metal panel siding. All of these items are to be standard manufacturer colors closely matching the Niumalu Marketplace Color Palette. The standing seam roof is to match Benjamin Moore "Plymouth Brown" HC-73. The roof facias are metal and will be the Benjamin Moore "Arizona Tan" 5162- 50 accent color. The main wall material is Knotwood metal siding system with a wood grain look and the color is "Beachwood" which closely matches Benjamin Moore "Annapolis Gray" HC-176. The main accent tower at the front of the building is Alucobond metal material and the color matches Benjamin Moore "Heritage Red" PM-18. The drive-thru accent tower elements are Alucobond metal material, and the manufacturer's color is "Oyster" which closely matches Benjamin Moore "Cedar Key" OC-16 Building Signage: There are three signs proposed. All three signs are under 22 square feet in size and will follow the requirements of the Niumalu Sign Master Plan. One of the building signs is located over the drive-thru window accent tower and is facing the Niumalu Market Place access street. The other two signs are on the main building accent tower. One faces Henry Street and the second one is on the opposite side facing the secondary access road to the site. Landscaping: Landscaping is proposed around the building and within leased site will be coordinated to match the existing site condition and regulations.
