Thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 2,904.79 feet,the chord <br /> azimuth and distance being: <br /> 840 16' 59" 67.96 feet; <br /> 10. 830 36' 46" 182.97 feet; <br /> 11. 1730 36' 46" 20.00 feet; <br /> 12. 830 36' 46" 107.00 feet; <br /> 13. 1990 49' 07" 845.41 feet along the center of dry ditch and <br /> all its windings and along Lot 11 to <br /> the point of beginning and <br /> containing an area of 7.185 acres. <br /> No vehicle access is permitted along courses 7 to 12 of the above description. Vehicle <br /> access is only permitted along courses 1 to 5 on the west and north sides of Old Lehua <br /> Street. <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto,marked Exhibit"A" and by reference <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> SECTION 2.
