ALAMEDA:I have a question on your thoughts on the probability of another extension <br />after the 10 years. High probability, medium, low? <br />BAIL:Ten years is a long time away. You know, I think a lot can happen in 10 <br />years. I think to the extent that guests of the hotels continue to want to have a nearby resource <br />for helicopter tours and to the extent there€s not more intensive development in that immediate <br />area which would conflict with the use of the heliport as a, you know, as a land use in that area, <br />I think it would be very likely that we would come back for another extension of time in 10 <br />years. I think about 10 years ago, we did come in and asked that the time period be eliminated <br />from the permit altogether and that was not done, which is why we€re here before you today. <br />But assuming the continued viability of the operation and the lack of a conflict, I think it€s very <br />likely we would be back for another extension of time. <br />ALAMEDA:Thank you. <br />FUJIKAWA:I€ll make a motion. <br />GALDONES:Further questions?
