Based on the above findings, approval of this change of zone request from an <br /> Agricultural-5 acre (A-5a) to a Residential and Agricultural-2 acre (RA-2a)zoned district <br /> would result in an appropriate land use pattern that will further benefit the general public. <br /> The accompanying draft bill to amend Section 25-8-7 (North and South Kohala Zone <br /> Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as <br /> Amended), is provided for your favorable consideration.
